History

 

The first-generation Ford Mustang was manufactured by the Ford Motor Company from 1964 until 1973. The introduction of the Mustang created a new class of automobile known as the pony car. The Mustang’s styling. with its long hood and short deck. proved wildly popular and inspired a host of imitators.

 

The 1967 model year Mustang was the first redesign of the original model.

1967 was the only year for the GTA. which was a Mustang GT with an automatic transmission. They were available in coupe. fastback. or convertible and with either the 289 or 390 engine.

This car was originally purchased new in Orlando. Florida. We purchased the car from the 3rd owner. He owned the car for 3 years and drove it less than 100 miles. It was restored in the 1980’s.  The trunk is full of original manuals and parts. too many to list!  We also have the Marti Report!
