1942 WILLYS MB JEEP 12V (US) WWII (Ford/GPW) - STUNNING for sale

She left the factory in Toledo. USA on 22/05/1942 and was sent with US troops to fight in France during WWII. After the second world war. the US left many of their Jeeps behind for the French and the majority of them were scraped or rebuilt and rebranded the 'Hotchkiss M201'. This is not a Hotchkiss. it is an MB ('the real-deal') and it's also one of the best that money can buy! Jeeps made between 1941-1945 are becoming harder and harder to find in such a good condition.

The previous owner kept her in a heated garage for the last 11 years and spent over 7000 € on her (for which invoices are available). The reconditionned engine is fantastic and starts first time with stable temperatures and pressures. It has just undergone a full service and everything is fully functioning. All oils (engine. gearbox. transfer box) have been changed etc. All of the tyres are new (including the spare). the brakes are new. the front and rear leaf springs are new. the steering kit is new. the exhaust is new. the fuel reservoir is new. the carburetor is new and the fuel pump is new.  

This particular Jeep has been fitted with a 'early MB' slat grill but it is unknown whether this is as original or whether is has been added afterwards. It has also be fitted with a very rare 4t 'Ramsey-winch' (worth a fortune) and a federal signal siren along with black-out lights. The hood. sides and doors are included as well as the shovel. antenna. US flag. M1 Rifle holder. axe. fire extinguisher. jerrycan. grease pump and crank lever. We can source machine gun mountings. wire cutters. radios and other gadgets if you would like to kit this vehicle out further.

As for the paperwork she has the French 'carte grise collection' (a V5C for collectable vehicles).  

A 12 month warranty would usually be offered (to our clients in France) but unfortunately. since the vehicle would be going over-seas the vehicle is sold without any warranty given or implied.

As with most of our vehicles. this one one won't be available for long.
