This MGB Roadster was bought complete several months ago for its excellent original condition; however it was then decided to undergo a repaint in order to fulfil its full potential. Due to a change in circumstances. this vehicle is now for sale. The car was partly stripped down to be repainted as shown in the photographs. but still has all the parts required and included in this sale. Prior to the stripping. it was an exceptional car. and is 90% original. having only had 1 wing and the front valance replaced with all the other parts being originals. The car prior to stripping can be seen in one of the photos. The engine was removed so that the engine bay itself could be repainted and detailed. The engine ran perfectly. alongside a fully working auto box. The car has an MOT until the end of the year. and comes with all parts. including leather seats. chrome work and an excellent hood. The car could be put back together in a short time to be used as is. or re-painted and assembled into a show level car. If finished . we believe the car could be worth between £12000-15000 in our professional opinion. The restoration would simply involve a re-paint. and no panel work.

The car also comes with a private plate. as shown in the photographs. valued at £2500. however the car can be bought without this plate by negotiation.

I do not want the private plate, so assuming the plate is worth 2,500, will you accept 3,000 for the car?
