MGB Roadster 1. 8 Manual. 1979 'V' Registered August 1979. 100k.

Finished in the MG colour of Brooklands Green (british racing green) with black leather trim.

This MG has just received a sympathetic professional paintwork resulting in a stunning paint finish.

The chrome work and stainless steel is excellent.

The boot floor. footwells and engine bay are very solid (see photos).

The interior is immaculate having a highly polished walnut dashboard and centre console. 14" Mota-Lita wooden steering wheel. excellent carpets. a new Kenwood radio/CD player with Kenwood double speakers. also a rear wind stop deflector is fitted (see photo) and also a retractable aerial is fitted.

The black hood is tight fitting and has dark green piping. the Perspex windows are clear and the rear window zips out. There is also a half tonneau/hood cover fitted.

Recently this MG has benefitted from :-

1) A chrome bumper conversion kit including new brackets. front side lamps. stainless steel grille and front and rear bumpers.
2) A new wire wheel conversion kit with new chrome 60 spoke wheels. 2 eared spinners. and new matching tyres (see photo).
3) A stainless steel luggage rack with high lacquered wooden slats is fitted.

Matching numbers for engine and chassis as per V5.

The engine bay is detailed (see photo) having an alloy rocker cover and chrome pancake air filters.

This MG drives exceptionally well and pulls well with the correct oil pressure and engine temperature and benefits from an overdrive gear box in 3rd and 4th which responds smoothly and quickly.

Also it has been converted to run on unleaded petrol (invoice to back up).

All the door locks work correctly and a lockable fuel cap is fitted.

There is a large history file containing service bills dating from 1993. together with a large number of old tax discs. plus a stack of old MOT's dating from 1990 to present (see photo).

Also a clear HPI certificate is included for peace of mind.

There is a full carpet kit fitted in the boot including spare wheel cover and comes with an original jack. wire wheel cleaning brush. copper hammer. wooden wrench to protect the spinners. spare wire wheel and excellent tyre (see photo).

This MG is a stunning looking car. must be seen. and an excellent investment for only £6995.
