Hello. for sale is my 1983 Ford Capri 2. 8 in black with a 5 speed box from new. The car has done under 59000 genuine miles and I have every MOT since new to prove. I am just the second owner from new but after only owning the car for 6 months I have realised that I can't afford to run or have 2 cars.  
The car has been fully serviced including oils and filter. air filter. fuel filters. new plugs and leads as well as a coolant flush and refresh.  
The car is original and runs great. it is taxed and MOTed and is used by me daily with no problems at all. All the glass and lights (and plastic light shields) have the original number plate markers as well as all original panels and wheels. The car had a faulty alternator when I purchased it but this has now been replaced with a brand new part which has rectified the issue (original alternator included in sale too). The car has a strong engine. clutch and gearbox and still performs fantastically. All four tyres have loads of tread left and 2 extra year appropriate wheels with tyres are included in the sale. No welding is needed on the car. although some minor areas have been sustainably repaired in the past.  
The interior is absolutely fantastic and there is no wear at all - not even on the bolsters! The sunroof works perfectly and the whole car is watertight. even in the recent downpours!
For a 30 year old car it is great but there are some negatives. Boot struts only hold the boot open in warm weather and the heated rear screen is intermittent. The doors are rusty at the bottom and the car pulls to the left but I have not felt the need to address these problems. The car isn't economical but it really isn't as bad as I was expecting but I'm sure you won't be buying this car for it's MPG!

The car draws massive attention wherever I go. especially on my commute to work. I regularly get thumbs up from other drivers and pedestrians. It sounds absolutely awesome and is certainly only going up in value especially in this trim and with this rare history. I have 3 big boxes of new and used parts which will come in extremely handy that I can include in the sale too if the price
