1984 Land Rover 110 County Station Wagon. Very Original, Huge History File

One of the very first 110 county station wagons with it's original features. Was originally a V8 but it had the engine changed in 1997 to a Mazda HA 3. 0 diesel. This is a proper conversion by East Anglia Motor & Diesel.
1 Years MOT with no advisories & Taxed until October 2014.
Masai red/white with 5 ro style wheels fitted with excellent matching General Grabber tyres
All original early CSW features inc tinted glass. roof lights. full headcloth with interior light. ashtray. clock. voltmeter. halogen headlamps. dipping rear view mirror. county brown seats with headrests. sun visors. locking petrol cap. rear seat belts. mudflaps.
Factory options were power steering & Lucas square 8 auxiliary lights with dash switch.
Lift-up handles with separate locks on every door. tailgate & bonnet. All the locks work perfectly with the same key.
This is a really nice CSW that drives very well. no mechanical issues. no diff noises. no overheating. good heater. all electrics work perfectly.
Huge history file. literally hundreds of pages inc all the original conversion instructions from 1997 and parts lists. this Land rover has been maintained without cost.
Recent expenditure including. large service. new shock absorbers all round. rebuilt n/s swivel housing. king pin assy. new H4 headlamps. wiper blades. track rod ends plus much more.
Bodywork is excellent and very tidy for the year but obviously not like new or concourse. the wheels have been refurbished.
The chassis is sound. it is original and has been welded for MOT tests over the years but has plenty of life left in it. she has had a new rear cross member a few years ago. it has been undersealed repeatedly over the years.
The interior is original and very tidy. not perfect but very good for a 30 year old land rover. I have one of the rear bench seats in the original cloth to go with it as well. early lift up door handles and sliding window model.
The Mazda HA/Perkins diesel engine is lovely and smooth. starts easily and has plenty of power. The last owner bought the conversion new in 1997 with a brand new engine for £3800 just for the engine & conversion parts.
Only thing that doesn't work correctly is the fuel guage. sometimes it works correctly other times it doesn't read at all so probably a bad connection. she has over half a tank of fuel in her at the moment.
Cherished and maintained properly with a huge file of receipts. previous MOT certificates. original brochure & price list. parts lists etc.
I have the V5 (log book). 2 complete sets of keys. MOT certificate & Tax disc
You really need to view this Land Rover to appriciate how nice & original it is.
This is an exceptionally nice old Land Rover 110 with all it's original early features. it is NOT however a brand new Land Rover 110 but luckily if that is what you are looking for they still make them. you just go down to Guy Salmon and give them £32000 so if that's what you want please don't waste my time.
