Seller's notes: Jaguar E Type 2+2, Left Hand Drive, imported from the USA, all duties paid. Needs total restoration. Structurally very sound, very little rust. From the dry state of Arizona. There are bits missing from the car but I have not spent the time to check what is missing. Since I had it imported it has just sat in my garage. Has all the nice features of a series 1 Jaguar. The car will need total restoration, so I suggest you come and view before you bid.

Jaguar E type 2+2. Series 1. 5 for full restoration. Car recently imported from America. I have clear American Title for the car and I have paid all import duties so once the car is restored and has passed the MOT it can easily be registered with a period number plate. I purchased the car with the intention of restoring her to her former glory but l don't really have the time or money to do her justice. I would recommend that you come and view her before you bid so that you know what you are buying. She will need mechanical work brakes e. t. c. e. t. c. engine turns freely but I have no idea what type of work it will need to get her going. there are things missing in the engine bay but I don't really know what! Interior will need doing completely. nbsp;as you can see from the photos. structurally she is very sound. very little welding required.

The body is very dry and there is only minor rust. which is located on the front driver's sill where the bonnet goes down close to the wheel well. The series 1. 5 E type has some of the nice features of the series 1. The car originally came from the dry state of Arizona hence the minimal rust. The car is fully numbers matching. Chassis Number: 1E77947-BW. Engine Number: 7E54161-9. Body Number: 4E54100. Transmission number: 24789.

The original colour of the car seems to be gun metal grey. the interior colour is blue leather. the engine turns freely - no keys. The car rolls and steers freely so it can be transported easily.   The centre section of the bonnet has been replaced with a used section but has a dent on it at the front. nbsp;no evidence of any major accidents.  There are bits and pieces missing from the car but I am no expert and as previously said this is a car that needs restoration but structurally very sound.

Please do not bid unless you can complete the sale. I have already had one time waster. I would prefer it. if you came down (North London) and had a  look at the car.
