Series 2 E-Type Roadster LHD. (90% finished)
Flying Cat Engineering (Jaguar Specialists) are offering this part restored E-Type for sale.
The car has undergone a comprehensive restoration by us over the past year. No expense has been spared. every component on the car is either new. or has been reconditioned.
The engine has been rebuilt. gearbox reconditioned. diff reconditioned. uprated brakes. A new wiring loom has been fitted. a stainless steel exhaust system with stainless manifold has been fitted.
We have fitted new Weber carbs.
The body has been stripped and e-coated using SPL. and a lovely new respray in Opalescent Silver Blue.
New chrome wire wheels and tyres.
The seats have been retrimmed in Magnolia with blue piping. Centre console Magnolia with blue piping. Retrimmed black dashtop.
The car requires a number of items to finish.
It needs the hood retrimmed (it has a frame). the door panels and carpets to be fitted.
It needs front lights. door handles. various bits of trim and little bits to finish off.
The car requires approx 3 weeks labour to finish.
We've had the engine running since the rebuild and it sounds lovely.
There is so much to list here that it would be far easier to inspect the car. then you can see the quality of the restoration.

I am looking for a E type loke this. Want to change from my 230 SL Pagoda to the Jaguar. Finishing the car is no problem. Which parts had to be bought?
