Project car- 1967 MGB that was pulled from a collapsed barn. This car had been parked in the barn in 2002. and was in pretty good shape until the barn collapsed. The collapse left the car partially exposed to the elements for roughly 2 years. The car survived for the most part. but a beam landed on it. breaking the steering wheel. turnsignal switch. passenger mirror. antenna and leaving a minor dent on the top of the driver's door by the handle. All the glass is intact without chips or cracks.

Over all the body seems to be in reasonably good shape. There are some expected rust in the passenger side quarter panel. rocker panel and front fender. The passenger side front fender has some flattening from a heavy object being dragged across it. The floors are very solid and may have been replaced at one time. A previous owner had relocated the battery to the trunk for an unknown reason. The trunk floor has surface rust. but is very solid.

The bows for the convertible top are intact. the other metal pieces for the convertible top are also in good shape. but the convertible top is dried and cracked.

1. 8 liter BMC engine with Stromberg SU carburetors. I have not tried to start it. but the engine turns over freely and has good compression. The odometer shows 30K miles. The previous owner had fitted an aftermarket electronic ignition system of unknown manufacture.

The transmission seems to engage all gears fine.

The brake master cylinder is frozen. but the car is able to roll freely.

Clear Wisconsin title and two keys. Low reserve. VIN available upon request.
