A $2000USD deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of auction through PayPal. Full payment must be made within 3 business days of the end of auction. I accept cash. cashier's check and direct transfer to bank account(any fees incurred by buyer).

Shipping

We ship vehicles nationwide and worldwide. Most of our customers that purchase vehicles and ship them use our carriers. Please contact us and we can give you a quote. The nearest port to us is Oakland. California.

If you wish to use your own carrier. please keep in mind that the vehicle must be picked up within one week of the end of auction. otherwise a $75USD/day storage fee will be incurred thereafter.

Terms of Sale

All sales are final. No bidder may retract a bid made during the sale for any reason. Bidder reserves the right to hire an independent mechanic to inspect the vehicle at 2240 Del Monte Ave Monterey. California or we would be more than happy to take it to the mechanic provided they are within a 15 mile radius. If you need additional photos or information. please let us know and we will try to accomodate to the best of our abilities.

All sales are "as is" and "where is". Bidder is responsible for inspections and verification of condition. authenticity. and completeness of any item purchased. No warranties or representations of any type whatsoever are made by Dodi Auto Sales. Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own evaluation and inspection. If the winner of this auction is picking up items or using another shipping company other than the Dodi Auto Sales recommended company. buyer is responsible for picking up vehicle from 2240 Del Monte Ave Monterey. California one week after auction close or vehicle storage fees of $75/day will be incurred.

Buyer is responsible for all applicable title transfer fees. documentation fees. and taxes. This includes all customs and release fees if the vehicle is shipped through one of our recommended company.
