ASTON MARTIN 1983 LAGONDA 4 DOOR SEDAN for sale
This beautiful Astin Martin Lagonda was running 10 years ago and has been stored in a repair shop to replace the fuel pump. Because of family problems the car was left there stored inside for 8 or 9 years and outside the last year. The car now needs a new paint job as shown in the pictures and motor needs to be gone over. The motor does not turn over and is probably tight. The gas tank had been removed and has been put back in but needs connected. The fuel pump needs replaced. There is some sun damage inside below the back window above the back seats as shown in pictures. Here is a great opportunity to own one of the best made cars in the world which can be restored to it's original beauty for a small investment.
Initial production levels of the Lagonda was only 1 a week and it wasn't until 1979 that the first car was delivered. In 1982 the Lagonda was finally for cleared for sales in the United States. Only a total of 645 chassis were built before the end of production in 1989. Each car required 2200 man hours to build and only about 25 were built per year for the US market.
