To some extent. this car was a star in Porsche circles in the 1980's.   It was named "Burger" and was pictured in a number of local publications and had a photo session for a national magazine.

The car then became somewhat of a "barn find". eventually winding up in hibernation for at least 5 years in Dartmouth. Nova Scotia.   It was then discovered on the 356 Registry  talk list and resurrected.   It went to a new owner in Bend. Oregon. where it underwent a complete restoration in 2004.

The car includes 2 binders full of documents. starting with the original invoice. driver's manual. service booklet with plastic holder. Certificate of Authenticity. articles and pictures of the car along its 43-year. 140. 00 journey through the hands of 6 owners.

Current owner in Chicago purchased the vehicle in 2005 and has driven it 2. 00 miles since restoration

I sold it for $12k Canadian in the late eighties. It was an awesome car. Obviously wish I had held onto her.I sold it to a friend (In Halifax), and he sold it a few years later to the guy in Oregon for $13k US, the month before I offered to buy her back. I miss her, but it's great to see her again. Enjoy!!
