This fantastic car is in unbelievable original condition. It has not got the normal Triumph rust problems.  It has never had rust and needs no welding.  The door gaps. etc. are perfect.  The mileage is 100% genuine.  I have the original handbook and lots of paper records on the car.  It was taken off the road in 1982 and recommissioned last year.  If you are unfamiliar with the TR3B it was made for the North American market.  The Americans did not like the shape of the TR4 when it came out in 1962 but they liked the TR4 mechanics. I. e. Larger engine. all synchro gearbox. disc brakes. etc which the triumph factory fitted to the TR3B.  the seats are in fabulous condition and they are the original 1962 trim.  The carpets have been removed and have got lost somewhere along the line.  It has a soft top. side screens and tonneau cover which are all in excellent condition.  All lights. gauges. etc. work.  It has it's rare original optional extra radio and console.  It drives perfectly and is all mot'd. There are no overheating problems.  All the tyres are good.  Understandably there are a few very minor dings and scratches. but I stress minor.  The car was originally spa white which shows on the interior.  This paintwork has not been touched from new.  However. the exterior was painted many years ago in Triumph blue.  All the rubbers. etc. are original. . ome of which have perished but all the dashboard trim. door trims. etc. are totally original.  The chrome is in very good condition for 50 years old (never been rechromed). The doors shut with a lovely clunk.  It would be advisable to view this car in person.  The caris quite useable like it is and it would be sad to lose its original character by very easily restoring it to concours. (Show car).  The number plate shows as transferable.  It comes with a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate. I must stress this is a correct and proper TR3B and is not a converted TR3A. etc.  One tell tale giveaway is the pressed raised metal on the panels under the boot. bonnet hinges and the door handles.  This would be practically impossible to fake.  The TR3B was only made for a few months in 1962 . he vin number is TCF/963-L.   The engine is the original. retaining its number TCF/999-E.  The body number which is on ther Heritage certificate and also on the body of the car is 832-TSF.    There is an interesting history behind this car which goes with the car.  To add. there is only approximately two TR3Bs on the Triumph Register in the UK. THEY ARE ONLY ORIGINAL ONCE . Bank wire or cash on collection within seven days.
