55 pontiac cheiftain 4 door pontiac in very nice clean condition. ITS NOT NEW IT HAS 59 YEARS OF USE. YOU WONT GET A MINT CAR FOR 7-8K. IF THATS WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR! THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. ITS A HONEST USED OLD GIRL & PRICED THAT WAY! This was only imported march last year. new jersey car that was painted 20 years ago. in original shades it was then in storage for 20 years until being shipped over to UK start of last year. lovely clean motor tax & mot'd now dont need it as pre 60. inside is used could do with a re-fresh but have new carpet headliner & door windlace coming over from the states & will (all need fitting) seats have a few marks but its what you would expect! trunk is full of rare NOS & used spares including original rear fender skirts! chrome lets it down but not rotten or holed but all stainless is in great shape! its the 289ci block so not to juicy on fuel. I have worked out 25mpg I have done about 2000 miles in it & drives well but like a 60 year old car!. has a few marks as any car this age. but very solid & well worth improvment on whats already been done. took in for a mot (not needed) but if it needed one it would have failed on handbrake. so all in all a good old motor. the oil pan gasket is about done & can get for around £20 ebay USA. exhaust is new. rear leaf springs are new as is the wheels & white band tires. new water pump & battery any questions please send message. or call or text (send message for number)
