Offered here for sale and ready for the summer is an immaculate low mileage Triumph Stag Mk2. Probably one of the last cars registered in 1978. she has covered only 70. 00 genuine miles from new. The colour is the original White and she has a tastefully personalised Saddle Tan and Black Ambla interior with a Black mohair hood and original factory hard top. Specification is automatic with the usual power steering. nbsp;servo assisted brakes. electric windows and original factory alloy wheels. Additionally this example has an immobiliser fitted. Motolita woodrim steering wheel and face-off stereo radio. There is a large history file going back over 30 years including the very first MOT from January 1981 carried out at 14. 15 miles. We have a substantial quantity of bills going back to the mid 1980's as well. There is a large pack of photographs detailing a lengthy bare shell. engine-out enthusiast refurbishment carried out between 1995 and the early 2000's while she was stored off road.  Less than 3000 miles have been covered since the renovation work was completed. Additionally in the last 300 miles both cylinder heads have been completely rebuilt and upgraded to unleaded specification by well known Stag specialists Carlow Engineering. The engine bay is extremely clean and very nicely presented with no leaks from the engine. The soft top is in excellent condition and fits well and works nicely. Interior has been largely replaced in recent years and is pristine. The chromework is all very good with only some slight tarnishing to the front bumper and minor pitting on a couple of the trim strips. Alloy wheels are in excellent condition. Body and paintwork have held up very well with only some very minor blemishes and marks apparent which are to be expected on a 15 year old renovation.

This is a very nice car fairly priced. The MOT runs until May 2014 but we will happily carry out a new MOT and include 6 months road tax once sold. Viewings welcome Monday through to Saturdays.
