Upon its launch in 1991 the Continental R was the first Bentley to feature a body not shared with a Rolls Royce since the S3 of 1965. it was also more powerful than any Bentley that had gone before it offering a mighty 325 Bhp and was considerably more expensive. in fact at £178. 00 the Bentley Continental R was the most expensive productioncar in the world when launched.
This example is finished in Red Pearl Mica metallic with ivory leather upholstery piped in red. according the current vendor the car is in truly lovely order both cosmetically and mechanically. is in regular use and performs beautifully.
