1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Cowl Induction - Tuxedo Black - 12 Bolt Posi -NEW!

I am very sad to be selling this gorgeous car but with a new addition to our family. its the most economical thing to do at this time.

This is a 1970 Chevelle Super Sport Tribute w/ A/C that has gone through a COMPLETE overhauling and restoration from the frame up. This is an Original California car and I have the Clean CA Title (pink slip) in hand.  All the work that has been completed has been done at various specialty mechanical/hot rod shops and no expense has been spared as I am sure you will see. The complete mileage after all the restoration has been completed has been less than 200 miles. EXTERIOR:
-Body prepped and Painted at professional body shop- TUXEDO BLACK w/ WHITE RALLY STRIPES- 4 coats of clear. (You cannot feel the stripes on the paint- sign of a great paint job) ($16. 00)

The Turbo 300 transmission started slipping a couple weeks ago also has a small dripping leak. the car wont be drivable to due this.  I did not bother to get it fixed since I do have a new motor and transmission for it. However it is a fairly cheap fix and can have it done at the buyers expense before shipping. The motor has no issues and runs VERY strong and starts right up without any hiccups. etc. The A/C components and cowl induction are still there but not hooked up due to the pending motor swap.

The paint is in brand new condition with no scratches or dents (new paint job). however there is one imperfection on the rear drivers side roof area (see photo) where there is a little bump near the window area. I had the body shop quote me $400 to fix it and can also have it done before shipping (at buyers expense). Also the body shop lost one of the metal window molding pieces that go around the window. so I have not put that on yet (all the other pieces will be included) $20 part for missing piece.

I purchased a new 468-600HP motor for the car and have a fully built Turbo 400 Transmission that was going to be put in. I will be posting this for sale separately in case you are interested.

This isn't a built at home 'project' car that was done in a couple thousand dollars. this is a fully professionally built machine with no expense spared. as I am sure you can see from the specs and photos. If you have built a car before you will know that these little parts add up fairly quickly and building a car isnt cheap. especially if you want it done right. This car is built and ready for a great new home. Please bid accordingly.
