1957 Cadillac Convertible, LOADED! Beautiful AZ/TX Car. MUST SEE! NO Reserve! for sale

Current customer rating: current rating for this car(2.1) based on 328 votes

Beautiful 1957 Cadillac Convertible loaded with factory options offered at NO RESERVE!  Factory equipped with many options: Power windows. Power top. Power Seat. Power steering. 365 V-8. "Hydra-Matic" (automatic) transmission. Rare Chrome Sabre Wheels. etc.   It has just under 65. 00 miles on it and the AZ title states that is (Box A) actual miles.   The interior is in great condition. it is original but has been very well cared for and garage-kept all of its life.   The top is in great shape. top bows and curtains are excellent. goes up and down smoothly.   The chrome on the car is in fantastic condition.   The paint is an older re-paint (and by older I mean lacquer). nbsp;very high quality paint job. but it has been driven over the years and there are some chips here and there and a few chips that have been touched up. shines like new and has a great finish.   This car is NOT a trailer queen. it runs and drives just like a Cadillac- and it does get driven. only in perfect weather. this car has not seen rain or snow in well over 40 years (don't know the history prior to that. but it does have Texas plates from 1957 and lived in Midland and Dallas most of its life) I have seen NO rust on this car or evidence of bondo. there are no cracks in the paint. bring your magnets- they'll stick everywhere. floor pans and frame are SOLID. and so is the trunk (I can email you pictures of the under-side. it's dirty but you won't see any rust). this car is straight and solid.   Engine and transmission were gone through several years ago. I'm not sure to what extent. but it runs and shifts as it should and is a pleasure to drive.   It has a slight power steering or trans leak. haven't looked into it because it is too minor to worry about.   All of the lights. signals. interior and dash lights work fine. the power seat will work on occasion. but usually doesn't (maybe a loose connection?). The power top works well. but it has always been stored indoors with the top down and the boot on. it can be a bear to get latched if it's cold. if it's hot out the vinyl is more supple and it will latch fine.   Rubber seals and window felts are in great shape as well.   "Coker Classic" wide-white tires have less than 500 miles on them.   There is an AM/FM/CD player mounted in the glove box that sounds fine. nbsp;speakers are mounted where they were from the factory. didn't want to cut the car to install a modern stereo.   This car is like driving a time capsule. it's amazing and really needs to be seen and driven in person to truly appreciate it.   It seems to just float down the road. it's a very comfortable car. runs. drives. tracks and stops as it should.   I can't honestly say when I have had more fun cruising (and I have had some wonderful cars over the years). I believe that anyone would be proud to own and drive this classic American beauty.   She's an icon (her name is Marilyn by the way) and she would like to make a formal request that if you buy her. and you live in cold country- you need to have a nice warm garage for her to stay in because she won't have any part of that cold stuff!!   I will be out of town for a few days during the auction. but I will have my laptop with me and I'll try to answer emails once a day. if you want a faster response. just call me.   Please take a look at all of the pictures (make sure that you CLICK on the first picture in the larger window to get the FULL-SIZE photos to come up- sometimes you have to double-click it. EBay's new "improved" feature) and email me if you need any additional info or pics.   There is a picture of the Cowl Tag. but in case it's not all legible. it reads as follows:  Style No: 576267X  Body No: FW  4135  Trim No: 25A  KA  Paint No: 10  Top  4  ACC  EH.

** Please feel free to contact me any time if you need any additional info. would like to come and see the car or just have questions: 520-404-1975 cell. (Heather Anderson). And please click on the "other items" link at the top right of this listing to see the Hummer  and my Mustang that are also at auction now on Ebay. ***

I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer. NOT by choice. but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period. you have to get a license. I am a classic car and Airstream nut. I also have a ranch. wedding venue. horses. trailers. etc. let's just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state's liking. and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I'm "allowed". long story short- it cost me a lot of time and money. so that I can continue to do what any citizen of this great country should have the right to do.

Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction's end. and the car must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds. cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the vehicle leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell. that's just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone. here in AZ it costs me $15. 00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4. 00 for a title. I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback. you'll see that I don't sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell. anything that I have sold or will sell either belongs to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".

*** This is a USED VEHICLE and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. This Cadillac is in great condition. but please be realistic- it is not a brand new vehicle. If you can't make it here to see it in person. please call me and I can walk around it and point out any little flaws that I notice. or things that may bother someone. I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have a 3rd party inspection. I will make it available throughout the auction for any and all inspections. just call and we'll set up a time. Please understand that the description is only my opinion. yours may be different. I have done my best to take many pictures and describe the car to the best of my ability. Just remember. we all tend to look better in pictures than in person- that's just the way it is. Due to concerns of fraud. if you're paying via cashier's check. it must clear my account before the car/title leaves my sight.

PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT send "Second Chance Offers"- if you get one. please report it to Ebay and do NOT respond. There is a scam going around right now that everyone should be aware of. and it involves second chance offers. Just remember. if you get any email that "says" it's from ebay. it will be in your "Ebay messages folder". if it's not there- it's probably a scam.
