Up for auction is a 1970 Am General M35a2C with a multi fuel engine which is capable of burning oil/gas mix or diesel. Right now it has #2 diesel with winter additive in it. Fires right up in cold weather.   I'm not sure of the engine make. it may be a continental. Has turbo that works and sound good. Has new filters. oil and 24 volt alternator with new belts. I have new batteries in it as well. The trans is a manual 5 speed with a Hi- Low transfer case. The national guard armory that had it replaced 4 drive tires. air compressor. receptacle to charge batteries or jump start. and fuel pump in the tank. It has a drop side cargo bed with troop seats and a newer rubber cover. The cover is torn on the top corner on the drivers side front. but other than that it's in good condition. The cab is in good overall condition and has a soft top cover. The gages work as well as the lights for them. All lights are functional. turn signals and brake lights too. The windows roll up and down. there is no broken or cracked glass. All the manufacture tags are there as well as the warning tags. The seats are OK. the passengers has tear in it about 5 inches long. The passenger door has some rust in the bottom but its not too bad. Other than that it's a clean rig and runs good. A spare tire and rim are included. There are no noises from the drive train and the truck shifts. steers and brakes well. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this anywhere. I drove this 200 miles from Iowa where it was purchased with no problems.   I'd keep it but I upgraded to a M923 5 ton so this one has to go. I have a clear title and truck is ready to go for the new owner. I might have missed a few things so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask. The truck can stay here for awhile if you need to find a shipper or till you find time to pick it up. I do expect to be paid in 7 days however. cash in person or a certified bank check. Once I have the cash in hand you will get a title and bill of sale. I'm starting the auction at $2. 95 no reserve. Truck is being sold as is. no warranty expressed or implied. Thanks for looking.
