1960 Cadillac Convertible

1960 Cadillac Deville convertible. a wonderful looking and driving vintage

Cadillac in an excellent color scheme that has spent most of its life near Dallas and is now in Southern California.

Finished in Olympic white exterior the paint is very deep and has excellent

Depth and shine. the Sides are straight with only  some minimal paint impurities to the driver lower part of the door. this Cadillac is complete of all of its trim items. the stainless trim is complete and in good condition. front and rear bumpers were redone aprox six years ago the rear has held up better than front. the rubber weather stripping and window channel fuzzes are in excellent shape as well as all new rubber weather stripping throughout the car. The white convertible top operates up and down smooth and aligns properly when latched from the inside. there is a white boot cover that covers the top when the top is down. Window frames are not rusted or peeling but has some small freckles in the chrome when looked at closely. all windows align nicely and operate fast in both directions And operate from each switch throughout the car. Turn signal switch needs replacement.

Front and rear grills are in good condition. All lights are working including the lower fogs in the bumper.

The interior is aprox two years old in excellent condition. six way seat in

Working condition in all positions. Clock has been rebuilt. UN cracked dash cap. upgraded stereo with iPod capabilities in a custom center console.

Power steering. brakes. windows and top. Carpets are not torn. door panels very nice including the original Cadillac designs on the stainless. interior lights are all working when doors are opened. Temp gauge works intermittently but there are no heating issues with the car.

The original 390 motor was rebuild aprox twenty two thousand miles ago and

recently just had a major service including the original carb being rebuilt. all new hoses and belts. plugs. all fluids changed. rebuilt master cylinder and power brake booster. all new wheel cylinders on all four corners with all new brake lines and front and rear complete brake rebuild. suspension is tight and drives wonderful. the transmission shifts correct. there are no leaks. or smoking from the new dual exhaust. Trunk has been refinished in a Cadillac material. Front windshield has a small chip to the lower part of glass. Floors are not rusted out.
