1986 Toyota Corolla Sport GTS Hatchback 2-Door 1.6L Kouki Trueno Zenki AE86

 I have owned this vehicle for the last 3 years and it has been great to me. The time has now come to have someone else share in the excitement! Very fun car to drive! It has potential if you keep putting money into it or can do just fine for everyday with proper maintenance. Since I revived it I have used only synthetic fluids and I change the transmission and differential fluids once a year. This car has plenty of life left it in. Like any 25 year old car it does need additional TLC but it is not a very expensive nor difficult car to work on. Below is a list of some of the good and some of the bad. Recently Replaced: Master & Slave Cylinder. Clutch Fan. Oil Lines. Wires. Coil. Ignitor. Aisin Clutch.
Interior is in decent shape also. no cracks on dash and windows + locks all work. The inside roof liner has no tears or droops.
Also have brand new disks and brake pads in the box ready to go on.


The following are items that are either not working or need replacement:

No AC or Heater
No Radio or Speakers
Power Steering Rack leaks a bit but does not affect the handling
My next step would be suspension such as shocks and or springs
Speedometer and Gas meter does not read but the gas light does. I replaced the speedo cable once and it worked for a little bit but it could be something behind the dash. just never checked.
Upholstery is probably recommend.

This car is technically not finished in my opinion but it's also not a project. It has been my daily driver for around 3 years.
