Porsche 924 Carrera GT

My 924 gt for sale. Based on a superb 924 2. 5s in superb condition. Body conversion done to very high standards.
Steel front wings. Cut rear arches with skins used to create solid arch liners for the extension arches. All panels beaded as appropriate so this looks as close to factory and is almost identical to the real thing. All Carrera gt decals in place.  
In my ownership I have used and enjoyed the car fully. It is a thoroughly enjoyable. useable and reliable car. The interior is immaculate too which reflects the overall condition of the car.
The running gear is sound. The brakes are all in good condition as is the exhaust which emits a very satisfying note giving the car good character. I've owned numerous 911s and can say the 924 has it's own unique character that is all Porsche.
The engine pulls very strongly as you would expect from a low mileage German performance motor. the belts and pulleys were changed as part of the GT conversion as was the oil and filters. which along with having a k&n panel filter means the car Just needs regular servicing ongoing.
Documentation wise the car is mine and registered on the v5 in my name and address. I have a wealth of documentation and MOTS right back to 1990 when the car was @40k miles. It last significant owner had the car for a long period 12+ years.
I've added rear seat belts so the kids can ride along and I've just had the clutch master and slave replaced along with a new radiator thermostat switch.
Bad bits. The wing mirror electric adjust doesn't work. The speedo stopped working 1000miles ago. Both are a relatively easy thing to fix with used parts cheaply.
At the listed price the car comes with a superb set of cookie cutter wheels and tyres and not the fuchs wheels shown. If you are interested in the car with the fuchs wheels as shown I would sell for £5k which is a good deal considering the wheels and Bridgestone so2 n rated tyres are as new and make the car.
All in. it is a superb car that is ready to drive and enjoy. There could be no better entry level Porsche and very little that could compare with the visual impact of the original Carrera GT . a car that is now highly sought after and worth £30k+
