1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster Fully Restored!!

For Sale is a beautifully restored and well-maintained 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster. This “highly-option” Model A features many additional add-ons to the typical cars that came out of the Dearborn. Michigan plant. It features the later year 19 inch wire spoke wheels. along with a newer set of tires. The rumble seat is in excellent condition and has matching leather to compliment the interior of the car.  The leather in this A is absolutely perfect with no holes or sign of wear. The fine details around this Model A are stunning. from the matching pin striping on the outside to the pin-stripping on the inside of the car as well. Both the speedometer and gas gauge both work perfectly. Another interior feature is a small light that is located on the dash to be used for night driving to read the speedo. On the rear of this “head turning car” is a beautifully made leather trunk which helps to compliment the car even more. The removable soft top on this car is practically new. having being only 5 years old it is believe that the top has not been down since installation.  To match the soft top. I have a set of side curtains that come with the car also which I have never installed. This A runs and drives just as it should for being almost 80 years old. Its three-speed transmission shifts great and the choke works just as it should on the steering column. Having spoken to a previous owner we believe the engine to be unoriginal to the car; however. the engine is not an ordinary engine that was installed in most A’s. The engine code on the block reads *CAY6624*. After doing research it’s believe this engine was manufactured in the East Windsor (Walkerville) plant in Ontario Canada between June 11th and August 7th 1930. Also included with the sale of this Model A is a mostly complete tool kit believed to be all original. (Not to this specific car) This set includes a black pouch. a Jack. Alemite grease gun with original plating. pliers with the ford inscription. and miscellaneous wrenches. tire iron. and an original hand crank. Again all of these parts are believed to be original. Having had this Model A for a few years. I have installed a new 6 volt battery and kept a battery tender on it since I purchased it. This car is a real “head turner” and it will not disappoint anyone who is interested in buying it. For being 80+ years old it would be tough to find a nicer one out there. The only imperfection on this car is a paint crack on the driver door which could be fixed however I never found it to be bad enough to repair.
