(My apologies as system would not take 8 Digit VIN # and eBay advised me to list as 82 and now that can not be edited, go figure)

If you are in the market for the finest example of a 1961 TR3A? Your search is over... This rare classic British sports car will find you in awww as you closely examine the extensive attention to detail of every inch of this nostalgic beauty that was meticulously restored to concours quality by world class restorer, E.R. Jones. I present to you, what is perhaps the finest example of the 1961 TR3A world-wide. It's rarity and presentation, outstandingly significant.

The extensive concours restoration of this beauty was performed by world premier restorer, E.R. Jones, well known among the elite vintage Mercedes enthusiasts for his extensive knowledge and concours restorations of the rarest 1950's and 60's Mercedes of the day, his vehicles, respectively fetching 6 figures decades ahead of such times.

Now in his 80's, this TR3A was Mr. Jones's last restoration. The car was restored in reminiscence of his days in which he and his wife courted and later married while he owned his 58 TR3, to which, like many, he regrettably sold in the early days of setting up household during the “one practical car per family” era.

In reliving the days of his youth and courting, the love and passion that went into this restoration is evident, his wife seen in many of the restoration photos lending a loving helping hand, his wife and he, having had the fortune to take a ride down memory lane in this magnificent piece and enjoy its beauty for sometime prior to my acquisition of this exquisite classic. As expected, this Triumph was the last car in his collection to be sold.

About the car...

Finished in Signal Red over its beautifully finished black leather interior, and with only 269 miles on the car since it's restoration, you are sure to fall in love with this rare beauty.
