This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

We've taken the responsibility to provide you with all information we have available regarding this vehicle. However, not all information regarding this vehicle has been obtained and therefore it is advisable to have an independent mechanic review this vehicle and obtain a vehicle history from CarFax. This vehicle is sold "as is" and "where is" without any express or implied warranties, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. All vehicles are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS with NO WARRANTY written nor implied. It is solely buyer's responsibility to satisfy himself as to the condition of the vehicle PRIOR to bidding.

You are more than welcome to inspect a vehicle in person or if you are unable to do so, you can arrange a third party inspection by using eBay service or any other certified mechanics at your choice. No inspection will be made after you won the auction.

All test-drives and inspections are welcome!

Please call us to arrange a test-drive or inspection BEFORE the auction ends.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the winner of the auction is required by eBay to pay in full by placing his bid. We require payment within 5 business days and vehicle to be picked up in timely manner. Buyer is required to contact us within first 24 hours and leave us his name and contact phone number.

PLEASE make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions BEFORE you place your bid. If you win the auction, it means the item is yours and you have to pay for it.

All vehicles have to be picked up by the winners or a qualified shipper by their choise. Licenced Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our lot. All shipping arrangements are provided and refered by us as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with us.

Please, expect POSSIBLE little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, which will have wear, so again, please refer to the pictures posted and if possible, make an appointment to inspect the vehicle yourself. Please be certain of your decision to complete the transaction before you place a bid.

We reserve the right to cancel bids if we do not feel comfortable with feedback history, comments, length of time account established or a prior unpleasant experience. We reserve the right to end any listing at any time if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
