*THE MOST AFFORDABLE 1957 CHEVY BEL AIR 2 DOOR HARD TOP ON EBAY !

Hello Chevy fans world wide. Up for auction is a 1957 Chevy Bel Air 2 door hardtop. It still retains is original lacquer Onyx Black paint from 1957!  How cool is that!? The 1957 Chevy is the all time American Classic Car , and the Bel Air is unbeatable ! This has been professionally detailed, and its paint has been buffed two separate times, to get the best out of the paint. It shines remarkably well considering its age. They don't make them like the old lacquer days, that's for sure.

This Chevy has that early 1960s look and feel. Underneath the car has a set of Lakewood ladder bars . A set of 5 spoke American Racing Torque Thrust mags are mounted on a fairly new set of Goodyear 205x75x15 radial tires up front, and 215x70x15 radials in the rear.

The engine is a late 1960s Chevy 327 High Performance engine with a Comp Hydraulic Cam, 9.5.1 compression so that you can easily run pump gas in the car, and never have to worry about detonation (pinging) issues. A brand new Edlebrock  AFB 650 cfm carburetor sets on top of an Edlebrock aluminum intake. The engine is balanced, and runs superb. The engine is backed by a GM Turbo 350 transmission, and is mounted to the original column shifter.

A 4 row Walker radiator helps keep the car cool.

The  interior has been professionally reupholstered by Martin Jr's upholstery out of Riverside, California. It has silver vinyl and grey fleck cloth two-tone, with clear/silver piping throughout.  It's technically custom, but indeed has elements of the factory style. I guess it's safe to say that it's the best of both worlds. Seats all have need padding, and feel very comfortable. The dash and rest of the garnish mouldings are done in Inca Silver and Onyx Black.

The car has brand new dual exhaust done by Extreme Conversions and Mufflers in Southern California. A set of 18" glass packs help give that nostalgic 1950s/60s sound. A set of chrome "Pee Shooter" tips exist the rear, and finish the look we were going for.

The car runs and sounds terrific. A lot of money has been invested in this vehicle over the years, but I am willing to let it go at a fraction of that investment. Property forces the sale of this vehicle.

All sales final. Please ask questions before bidding and/or buying. Winning bidder is responsible for buying the car. There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or warrantees.  I know of two reputable and reliable Auto Transport companies. Buyer pays for shipping, and I will see to it that the vehicle arrives in a safe and prompt manner.  I will ship this anywhere in the world. Don't let this factory black Chevy get away. Don't spend $50,000 - $60,000 when you can acquire this at a faction of that investment.  Payment due within 3 days after auction ends. Feel free to call me any time, and have a wonderful day. Alex 909-437-2068.
