This is an amazing professionally restored original 1984 Dodge Ramcharger Prospector SE four-wheel drive hardtop wearing a new, high-end professional paint job in factory-original Metallic Silver & Blue paint, with new original factory-style blue bucket seat interior. Original numbers-matching 360 4v engine just rebuilt with under 100 miles, and serviced automatic transmission, transfer case, and axles.  Original exterior trim is cleaned and detailed, looking very nice.  Over 500 hours of professional restoration time has gone into bringing this beauty back to factory original condition.

The Ramcharger was disassembled for paint including the full removal of the interior, all the glass and trim removed, doors, hood, fenders, and deck lid removed, etc. It then had its paint removed to bare metal where necessary, metal work and bodywork performed, and the beautiful new high-end RM Diamont paint job applied inside and out; it arguably presents better than it did when new.  With the rare high line Prospector Special Edition package, this is a unique truck that you just don't see anymore on the road.

The interior features new front bucket and rear bench seat upholstery in original pattern and colors, new carpet throughout, rear side panels restored with new upholstery, a new headliner, door panels restored and other plastics vinyl-wrapped to match the interior, and much more.  The weatherstrip is new throughout, with new felts and wipers on the door glass.

The suspension lift is new, with new shock absorbers and steering stabilizer.  The wheels are ultra-rare Western 10” x 15” aluminum mags that I have been saving for 15 years for the right build... this is it.  Front brush guard bumper is freshly powder-coated, rear step bumper is new to match.  The engine bay, underside, wheel wells, etc. have all been detailed.  Great-sounding true dual Flowmaster exhaust system is just right for the rig.

I doubt you will ever find another Ramcharger like this, wearing beautiful paint in original colors, restored to original interior, detailed engine bay and undercarriage, in turnkey running and driving condition.

Mechanically sound, the engine was just rebuilt, oil changed, and fuel system cleaned w/new filters.  The front disc brakes  and rear drum brakes are rebuilt.  The truck is loaded with Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt Wheel, Power Windows, and more.  Truck has factory AC but it is not currently in operating condition.

Clear title in hand, matches VIN exactly for inspection and export.

While the work performed is of very high quality, and the vehicle has the general appearance in and out as it did when new, this is NOT a nut and bolt “Concourse” restoration, but a very nice cosmetic restoration, with some mechanical rebuilds and servicing.
