PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS BEFORE PURCHASING AND BIDDING

Notice to Bidders: The vehicles we list for sale at eBay are also for sale at our retail location. Please contact us to confirm vehicle availability. Some vehicles may sell before we have the opportunity to remove the vehicle from eBay Motors. In this case we will cancel the eBay sale and explain the vehicle has been sold. We reserve the right to end an auction early. We reserve the right to remove a vehicle listing or cancel a sale at any time. 

Deposit: WE REQUIRE IMMEDIATE CONTACT AFTER WINNING AN AUCTION OR PURCHASING A VEHICLE TO SECURE THE VEHICLE.   We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction.

Please call or message to make arrangements for final balance payment.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash in person, certified funds, institutional financing, wire transfer. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close.

We do not accept Credit Card transaction or PayPal for the full balance. PayPal can be used only for deposit. If balance must be paid by credit card or paypal there will be a 4% processing fee incurred on any balance over $1,000.00.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Although every effort is made to present accurate and reliable vehicle information, use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the existence of options, accessories and the vehicle condition before time of sale. Any and all differences must be addressed prior to time of sale. No expressed or implied warranties, including the availability or condition of the equipment listed is made. Fees and Taxes

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING FEES BEFORE BIDDING AND PURCHASING

State or local taxes, title, license fee, processing fees, registration fee, dealer documentary fee, finance charges, emission testing fees, and compliance fees are additional to the advertised price. Vern Morgan's Auto Sales charges:  a $175 internet service fee and $175 NYS Dealer Document Fee on all vehicle purchases, Dealer to Dealer or Dealer to Inidividual,  through eBay Motors.

A TOTAL OF $350.00 ($175.00 Internet Service Fee, $175.00 NYS Dealer Doc Fee) WILL BE ASSESSED TO EVERY FINAL BALANCE FOR EACH VEHICLE SOLD ON EBAY MOTORS.

This only covers a small portion of the fees related to the sale and advertising of the vehicle. Please plan ahead to incorporate these fee's into your final purchase price.

NY State NON-DEALER Customers please be aware of $21 NYS Inspection Fee additional to all fee's.

NY State NON-DEALER Buyers please be aware of mandatory sales tax in accordance to your County of Registration due at payment for the full amount of the purchase price. Absolutely no exception will be made to Sales Tax and we WILL NOT entertain any changes to the purchase price to aid in fradulent sales tax transactions. This is part of any purchase in NYS and there will be zero exceptions made to this fee, you must plan for the cost of sales tax with your purchase. If you are unfamiliar with your purchasing county sales tax rate we will be glad to research and inform.
