Features include frame off restoration being powered by a numbers matching 427/ 425 horse V8 casting #3869942 T103022IP date code b46, Holly List 3247 4BBL Carb on a stock aluminum GM high rise intake. Muncie M20 4 speed fully synchronized transmission casting number 3885010, (no VIN on transmission) 3.70:1 posi rear end, correct manual four wheel disc brakes, coil over suspension, and optional power steering. Interior comfort comes from Green Ivy bucket seats with full console and factory shifter. It rolls around on BFG 7:75-15 gold line tires on steel wheels with aluminum knock off wheels. The factory correct side pipe exhaust starts with correct manifolds 3880827 and has a great note especially under acceleration. There are fully serviced suspension and brakes. Original working AM/FM radio in the dash all the trim is in great shape. All the original instruments are in proper working condition(except clock) including the Original 7000 RPM Tach with 6500 Red Line, 160 MPH speedometer shows only 51669 miles (unknown if correct). Dressed in correct Mosport Green metallic code 982 and a Std Green Ivy interior code 430 that looks outstanding. There are some minor typical cracks at the corners of the headlight openings, but nothing out of the ordinary for an older restoration. A two top car with a White vinyl top and green hardtop. For anyone looking for a rare (only 5258 made 427/425hp) correct, numbers matching, high horsepower, frame off Vette roadster that is very drivable and will give you years of pleasure here is an excellent example of a Mid-Year Vette equipped for performance and drivability.
