Chrysler 300 Series convertible:Car has been in dry storage for 12 years and is very dirty and dusty, pictures were taken inside the storage building. The  car starts and runs ok but idles rough. The vehicle drives and if brakes are pumped up they work but lose pressure if it sets. The tires are old so will need replaced before this car can be driven on road.  There is a hole in the convertible top due to a piece of wood falling thru it.  The paint is dull and may need to be replaced, the original color was a light blue.  I believe at some time the front clip was replaced and that may have been when it was repainted the dark blue. The car has always driven very well and had loads of power, being the high performance 440 v8 option.  The engine is the 375 hp version with twin snorkel air cleaner and dual exhaust as well as chrome valve covers.  The seats are in good condition without any large tears.  The passenger seat reclines but the cylinder that controls the recline broke and i could never find a replacement( i do not have a parts book so no part number for the cylinder). That is why the back of the passenger seat is off.  There does not seem to be any rust on the car, the trunk area is in good condition, and the floor pans seem solid, i have not pulled up the carpet to look at them. There is some surface rust in various places on the car.  It has the original wheel covers and front disc brakes. Other options are tilt and telescope steering wheel and glass rear window. This is a very well optioned solid car but it will need work. The top will need to be replaced, the tires replaced, the brakes will need rebuilt, and the fuel system will need cleaning and or replaced. The car has been stored long enough that i would replace the fuel tank and sending unit as well as all the hoses and the fuel pump.  I found the tank and sending unit on Rock Auto. The car looked nice when i stored it but it is so dirty that i cannot tell the real condition of the paint. Where i live if i try to wash it i will have a block of ice until spring so i tried to dust it off a little.
