1974 International 4x4 Camper Special AC Equipped Pickup. This classic truck has California license plates and we were told that's where it originated part of a large collection. This truck has sat for an extended period of time but has had a new fuel pump installed, battery and some fresh fuel it starts runs drives and operates currently. Unusual features on this IH Are air conditioning system, V-8 engine, camper special package, 200-eight, manual locking four-wheel-drive hubs, dual gas tanks, all stainless and chrome trim still intact, bench seat, floor shift four-wheel-drive with high and low range, factory stereo still on the dash, automatic transmission, and we just installed 4 brand new 16x10 mickey thompson high polished wheels and 33" white letter BFGoodrich Allterrain tires, but still included are the original international Harvester steel wheels color match painted and stainless hubcaps. This is a very very unique truck and as you can see from the photos very intact in cosmetically solid and undercarriage rust free and even the inside of the bed is in great shape and has the factory spare as well. Even though the paint looks like flat blue it does have some pearl metallic. This truck is not show quality but it is fully intact we would assume it may need some tlc repairs etc. as all of them tend to after sitting but overall this is a good looking local driving truck currently. Hopefully the pictures and the video attached are helpful and showing the true vehicle.

We are very proud to be celebrating over 40 years of business in Chesterfield County.

In 1976, Davis Auto Sales opened in the southern part of Chesterfield County branching off from the already existing Davis Auto Repair family run business which was started in the early 1950's by TL Davis, Jr. Jimmy Davis, always a mechanical handyman, saw a way to buy and repair vehicles in his spare time to make extra money. Always tinkering, his passion became a business. Instead of doing things against the rules, as many today still do, he made it legal -- got the licensing needed and Davis Auto Sales was born. Mr.Davis was running the show by day and Gail Davis (wife) was handling the books at night, while still working in a corporate career. Being in a rural area, the business had small beginnings specializing in trucks, 4x4 vehicles, some large sedans, and station wagons. As the times changed, and the localized community that traveled on the rural Woodpecker Road location branched out, it was time to look for a more visible location!
