Niggles/Issues

Jumps out of reverse gear unless being held in position(could be gear change remote rod catching on tunnel)Speedo odometer has just stopped working(on last run out)Carb is running a bit rich and may need downsizing on some jetsDrivers side rear opening window doesn't 'clamp' shut properly and will break the clamp if forced. Could be an alignment issue. I always keep it open or just pushed shut.In addition after 30 odd years of ownership I have just discovered that the V5 log book vin/chassis number has a slight digit difference to the plate on the car. I believe that this has always been the case and was something mis-interpreted at the original registering by DVLA. Log book readsKA2861094870 when in fact it should read K-A2S61094870A. Someone has misread the S for an 8.I have just sent the log book to DVLA for this to be rectified and I am waiting for it to be returned.M.O.T exempt and will be sold without one.Open to any sensible offer. Please contact the number given.
