1972 Dodge Charger SE 440 Restoration Project Barn Find. Fast & Furious Looks

Please note the first 4 pictures are what the car looked while I had it on the road. Here we have my 1972 Dodge Charger SE 440 cubic inch (7. 2 litre) I have owned this for 6 years and it was used on the road the first year until winter and then put in a barn for storage. While in storage I replaced the gearbox for a new one from America. I also stripped out the interior out and removed the fuel tank. I had planned on having the seats recovered and replacing the carpet but never got round to it. The fuel tank was removed because the fuel gauge did not work and I started fitting a universal sender unit and gauge (which will be supplied with the car) I got really busy at work and then moved away from where I kept the car 4 years ago and the car had sat there until now. I am loosing where it was stored so it needs to go to a new home.  
The car has a good strong 440 engine which has slight tuning such as cam. carb. headers. New gearbox. wheels were new the year it went in to storage but the chrome is flaking now so will need a refurb or paint. It drove like a dream and I only ever had one problem with it and all that was was the auxiliary belt snapped. Wilwood 4 pot upgraded front brakes which work really well. It is solid underneath and under the bonnet. There are some spares to come with the car. I have had lots of nice cars and several classic Americans but nothing has ever turned heads like this. especially with the straight through pipes with just 2 cherry bombs lol. Tyres all goo and not perished. fronts were new with the wheels and only covered a few hundred miles.
Bad Points. Rear arches cracking where they have been repaired but car comes with 2 new complete rear quarter panels. fuel tank not fitted and new sender unit is needed (£70 on ebay uk or a lot cheaper from USA) Rear of nearside sill corroded but the new rear quarter will replace that. o/s/r rear wind down window not fitted but glass and mechanism is there. most of the interior including clocks are stripped but all present. the n/s/f wing has a deep scratch on the top where the tyre rack on the trailer caught it. chrome needs a polish. during storage at least 2 core plugs have popped and will need replacing (£12 on ebay UK) air filter gone rusty.   The car can be seen running as I have hooked up a make shift fuel tank so I could make sure it ran ok. I am an honest seller and have listed any defects I know above. I recommend viewing. cars like this are an investment especially having just seen one sell for £30. 00 for the same model and year.

A quick update. just made a couple of video's to show how the car runs as sweet as anything. amazing considering its not had the plugs out or anything done other than the points regapping in over 5 years. Please try and watch on a system with decent speakers to appreciate the sound as its hard to understand how good it sounds on a video.

To avoid me keep answering the same question time & time again. this is a restoration project. its not road legal as its not taxed or mot'd. the fuel tank is not fitted. core plugs need replacing. It does not have all of the interior fitted but is all there. It will run but will need trailering away. If you are not clear on what needs doing in the description please ask.
