Having covered just 4362 miles from new this 1996 Renault Clio has been cherished and loved since the day it left the showroom in 1996.The vehicle was pre-registered with the supplying dealer Wests Garage (Cambridge) Ltd on 31/10/1996 then sold to the first owner 7 days later.The first custodian cherished the vehicle for over 24 years and apparently kept the vehicle in a central heated garage throughout ownership, however, we have no evidence of this, except for the vehicles condition of course!The vehicle has a detailed service history file from new with nearly every MOT certificate available to warrant the extremely low mileage.The service history file includes the Renault Clio folder, original Renault service book with supplying main dealer delivery stamp, owners handbook, original V5 and current V5, Pioneer radio manual, extended warranty booklet, RAC booklet, security register booklet, UK dealer booklet, two supplying dealer business cards, original brochure, two keys, dealer supplying keyring, dealer supplying front and rear number plates, dealer supplying rear window sticker, Philips security window stickers, pre-delivery inspection sheet and vehicle order form.Accessories fitted were Renault mud flaps and carpet mats.

Finished in its original factory finished Glacier White paint work.The vehicle wears its original factory fitted panels throughout.The exterior of this Renault Clio Oasis looks stunning and presents to a beautiful standard with no dents, scratches or stone chips to be found anywhere across the exterior paintwork.The door shuts and hinges present as new.All external lights, factory etched glass and rubber are original fitment and in perfect condition.Original decals are perfect with just the smallest of graze on an exterior plastic body trim edge.

INTERIOR

The interior presents as a new car showing no wear to the switchgear or surfaces.The seats and door trims are finished in their original special ‘King' upholstery.Period features include illuminated glove compartment with lid, illuminated ashtray, cigar lighter, wind up windows and sliding glass sunroof.All dials and switch gear function beautifully and show no cracks or U.V damage to the dashboard.The interior even smells like a new car.The vehicle is fitted with an upgraded Pioneer CD player, the original fitment Philips cassette player is provided with the vehicle.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

The 1171cc engine and gearbox are original items.Having covered just 4362 miles from new the engine and gearbox perform as one would expect, the engine is perfectly smooth and is a joy to drive.The engine bay presents to a show standard.The vehicle's undercarriage and wheel arches have benefitted from being wax oiled to prolong its condition, prior to this the undercarriage was in perfect condition and still presents beautifully.

WHEELS AND TYRES

Fitted with its original steel wheels and 4 x 155/70 R13 tyres which were fitted in March 2021 at 2800 miles.The original and unused spare wheel and tyre are present.

BOOT

The boot floor shows no rust or accident damage.The parcel shelf is straight and free from any wear or aftermarket speaker holes.The boot contains its original and unused jack.
