Up For Sale Today is a Quality 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T, True JS23 code which now has a healthy 440 Cu.In. SIX PACK, was originally N code (383). This rust free body is refinished in its, Correct Sub Lime Green with a correct yellow painted Bumble Bee stripe. This is a very rare combo maybe one of one. All the original glass is in great condition throughout the car.The interior is in almost perfect condition, I say this because nothing is perfect. All the rally gauges work as they should, clock works sometimes needs rebuilt, the radio does not make a sound. Wipers work on all speeds, all lights work correctly, signal lights do not cancel when returning, horn works, high beams work. Steering wheel is not perfect but could be replaced. Don't get me wrong its great driver quality but does have small splits in rubber on the spokes in couple of places. All the little adjusting knobs are there and function correctly. The dash pad is in excellent shape, as is the headliner no wrinkles or sagging at all. All seat tracks work as they should. Carpet is in great shape full of color nice deep black, console is in good condition. The package tray is in excellent shape has great color. All interior moldings are intact and in nice condition. Door panels are in nice shape and are original. Windows function correctly, drivers one is a little stiff at the top. Doors open and close correctly and very well, don't have to slam them close real nice fit and seal well. All the chrome and stainless steal is in nice shape and dent free. Body is very straight lines are crisp and sharp all gaps are decent and are like factory, Paint is nice it does have a hand full of chips from driving the car it has been done for several years and it has been driven and enjoyed for many miles. The car would enjoy a color sanding and a full paint correction this is not to say that there is an issue with the paint, I just think this would enhance the look of this outstanding car. Due to the fact the car has been completed for several years now but still shows very well at any car show. The chrome is in excellent shape, as is the stainless steel and aluminum moldings all are straight and dent free. The car has great tires they are mounted on 15" rally wheels and fronts are 235's the rears are 255's. Has correct inflatable spare with canister jack wheel wrench. The 440 runs real strong and very well. This car looks great, drives great with out issue, performs well, runs straight and true at 100 mph without issues.Issues to be noted vinyl roof needs re glued on the sail panels see photos, radio does not work nor clock, blinkers don't cancel. All could be repaired in an afternoon with parts. I have just lost interest and would like my space back interests have changed. Rear end has a small whine on acceleration, quite on coast or deacceleration.
