TRIUMPH SPITFIRE MK1 1963

Hi. this auction is for the Triumph Spitfire Mk1 manufactured from 1962-64 and designed by Italian designer Giovanni Michelotti.

The vehicle in this auction is a 1963 model in black.

The registration number is 6870 VB a non-prefix plate which I intended on keeping but now decided to sell with the vehicle.

The Spitfire has been garaged for the last 16years since 1997 and the mileage on the speedo reads 5763. the body and the chassis are in reasonable condition.

The engine on turns over. the fuel lines and tank could probably do with a clean. with a service too I am no mechanic or expert and would recommend you view the Spitfire before bidding.

Finally just a few facts I have found over the net about the Mk1 Spitfire they was produced from 1962-64 and 45. 53 were made. The colour black on the Spitfire is rare which only so many produced on the MK1 and 2 from 1962-65. There are only 18 registered in the UK with the Dvla and I cannot find any other (Mk1) Triumph Spitfire for sale.
