1980 Lotus Eclat EV Warp 11 5 speed

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction for this special LOTUS ECLAT EV ELECTRIC CONVERSION.      PLEASE ,  if you have *any questions at all*  or want to *buy this Lotus*   , CALL ME.      By messaging me ,  you only tell me that you are not serious about buying the car,  and I will likely not get your message and ignore you.   If you are a genuine buyer,  you are going to want to speak to me, live,  not text message.     I am at 912.4148993 .     There you have it, please ping me with any questions or to buy this sweet Lotus!    ** I do have a few short videos of this driving about,   call me if you want me to share video with you , I can not figure out how to upload a video to my listing here **    There is a lot of information here , PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS or bidding.    If you bid, and win the auction,  you will be expected to pay for the car within 2 days.  There are no inspections AFTER the auction,   ask questions and inspect before bidding please!       I purchased this earlier in the year to use for my business as I am branching out to do electric conversions.    Car was already converted at some time in the past , but was using 10 x 12 V Lead acid Optima batteries.        Lead acid batteries removed from up front and in back, and replaced with 40 x GBS 3.2V 100AH LiFePo4 lithium iron phosphate batteries for a total capacity for about 12.8 KWH.         I can manually charge the car now and drive ,  but the batteries are going to require a BMS / better battery monitoring system .          Electric conversion specs are :     Warp 11 DC motor  (BIG ,  lots of potential power/ torque!)     CURTIS 400A controller ( A little small for the motor ,  I do have a Zilla /  hairball controller available with much higher capacity in my other auctions , can be folded into the deal on this car , BUT YOU MUST CALL ME TO DISCUSS.         Vacuum pump for brakes.     Mazda Miata M5 5 speed transmission.     Car does NOT have a clutch installed,   so it is a stop and put in the gear you want configuration right now,  not an (easy) shift up as you drive configuration.      All wired with monitoring instruments,   but a bit primitive compared to what you can buy today.       Comes with 120V charger,  but you must install a better BMS for this to work correctly.       Ive got about 1/2 charge on this now ,  so we can drive around a little and put on your trailer ,  but,  not ready to drive any significant distance.      THE CAR ITSELF :        Very straight,  looks amazing as pictured here,   but :  A) leather interior is deteriorating a bit.    See photos.   B) Small crack on nose of car , looks like tiny crack in fiberglass,  would be easy to fix.  C) Car is sitting high in front as it was originally set up for batteries in the front which were removed and replaced with the LiFePo4 s  in the trunk/ back.   D) Headlights pop up, only one returns back , other must be manually placed down.   E) brakes work   ,  but if pressed hard,  rear brakes will drag a bit.   F) Truck missing its original twisty-latch ,  so trunk lid currently tied down with a bungee.   G) I am sure there are other small things I am forgetting or have not noticed here.   These are the big things, however.    ZERO rust ,  always a S. california / Southwest dry car.    TO be clear, and to summarize :   A very rare Lotus 2 + 2 sports car here , original drivetrain removed and replaced with a Warp 11 motor , Mazda 5 speed transmission ,  and 12.8 KWH of LiFePo4 batteries.      Will need attention to BMS and charger in order for you to use this now.   Will provide about 20 - 30 miles as configured.   You will probably want to install newer/ better / more batteries , like a Tesla battery kit.     Will drive under its own power now  and I have enough of a charge in there to lot drive for you and drive out onto a trailer.    LOOKS AMAZING!      Interior dried out , and has some non-original instruments installed for EV monitoring.     DO YOU WANT TO BUY THIS?
