1948 Jaguar 3 1/2 litre saloon (known as a mark 4). This is the one to have. being the biggest engine with tons of torque. These cars are tremendous value when put alongside the equivalent Bentley. Probably the best looking saloon Jaguar have ever made. simply beautifull. This car is finished in deep maroon with red (leather ?) interior. I have driven plenty of trouble free miles in this car. sure it has a few niggles but it is 65 years old. Mechanically very strong and smoke free. Drives well (nothing like a modern though). has a reasonably complete tool kit and four new tyres. M. O. T and tax exempt and cheap classic insurance. do two weddings a year and have free classic motoring with the added bonus of your investment increasing (tax free). Offers in excess of £30k will be considered. may do a deal with something but would prefer a straight sale due to loss of garaging (moving). My loss is your gain !

Hi there ,
My mother & father's first car was one like this in around 1960. My mother is celebrating her 90th birthday on the 16th January, and I thought it would be nice to deliver her to a celebration lunch at the local golf club up in Leicester . Is it available to hire?
With kind regards
Mark Morley
