Welcome to the re-listing of my GMC truck. it now has a new alternator and fuel pump fitted so is good to go at last. apologies for those that had bid last time but after the amount of time that had passed since he won it and me getting around to having the fuel pump done he has bought something else.
GMC C3500 FULL SIZE PICK UP 6. 5 DETROIT TURBO DIESEL DUALLY CREW CAB
She was built in 1982 and registered in the Uk in 1991. My work colleague owned her for a while and had plans but it was then sold to a mutual friend who has great mechanical knowledge and ideas !
It was upgraded as follows back in 2010 :
Mechanicals : Now fitted with a 65000 mile 6. 5 Turbo Diesel Sidewinder Engine. fitted with an aftermarket turbo boost gauge for increased boost. It was fitted with new high power marine injectors. fully re-conditioned injection pump. new manifold. inlet. rocker cover gaskets etc. New water pump. New exhaust system with a Stainless steel exhaust downpipe fabricated. Re-built TH400 Auto transmission with Heavy Duty shift pack. All the axles and running gear was inspected and fluids changed where necessary. It has also been fitted with an SVO (straight veg oil) Pre heater system and an electronic tank change over system so it could run on veg oil once warmed up.
Bodywork : Full bare metal re-spray on 2K synthetic paint close to the original colour scheme. All necessary welding done including new door lowers. sills and roof repairs. Wheels blasted and painted in 2K synthetic. New genuine roof lights. Full load liner fitted. The laquer has now peeled on the bonnet so it will need re-spraying or vinly covering ?
Interior : All original seats and door trims were kept. new carpet set fitted. new headlining fitted.
It has an MOT until 21st May 2014.   I will upload some more pictures tomorrow.
Collection within 7 days and please remember this is huge so make sure you have room for it and if you are feeling shy then look for something a little less inconspicuous !!

hi i need to see a lot more pics inside & out + how does it run on veg trouble free? or temperamental? as i have a van converted with the twin tank system so im already set up to run on veg oil. cheers
