Offering a 1955 Hillman Minx 4 Door Sedan.
I am not positive if this is a 1955 because there isn't a title.
The body. engine & drive train is very complete.  
It is missing some interior pieces but there are a lot of extra parts in the back seat & trunk.
It includes all the glass.   All 4 doors. hood and trunk open and close.
It is missing the right front wheel but there is a spare in the trunk.
The lower rockers and some of the floor will have to be repaired.
This would be excellent for a parts car or could be restored.
These cars are very rare and hard to find.

am presently visiting my daughter in LA, but I am currently restoring a '55 Hillman Californian back in the UK. They are quite rare and basically is a 2-door coupe based on the Mark 8 Hillman minx (mechanically). These types of car are usually not far different in either the US or UK, but as always condition is prime consideration. If you e-mail with pics and details I will attempt to give you what I think its value might be - if that is of any use.

Hi, I saw your Hillman minx and I have a question maybe you could help me with.... I have a 1955 hillman minx California 2 door and I was wondering how I could find out what it's worth.. I'd really appreciate any insight you have. I'm also in the Carson city area if you would like to look at it and maybe give me an estimate of what it's worth.. My grandfather gave it to me just before he passed away and if like to restore it in his memory but not sure how to find parts either. I'd really be grateful for any help you could give me.
