Finally finished sorting this little beauty. 33 years young, came off the road back in 2014 and sat at the back of a garage in Lincoln until I picked it up in August 2019. (Lockdown did have a few good points)Started out as an 11 Auto with the old wheezy Cleon engine and a autobox with a hole in it.Now its been transformed with a 1.9 Turbo Diesel from a 19 with a JC5 5 Speed manual. Had 90000 on it.It goes a bit, Very Quick, pulls like a train. Light as a feather so sips fuel too. In my opinion better than the Petrol Turbo, I've had one or two of them in the past.It had some rot in the front footwells where it had been standing which has been professionally cut out and repaired, better than new. The rest of the bodywork's totally original. The wings aren't the best and the roof was so badly faded I wrapped it in that rather snazzy camo. It must of had a bit of work done on the rear nearside quarter as it doesn't come up as well as the rest.Its nowhere near concourse but looks clean and tidy and is completely useable as every day transport.Insides very clean. No mod cons in there. Needs a sunroof handle as I broke it, still works though.Diesel Turbo Clocks fitted with Rev Counter and Turbo Boost Gauge. There's also a stealth sound system fitted with Bluetooth Hands Free phone connection.Its had new Brakes all round including Master Cylinder and all new pipework. New Wishbones, track rods, steering boots and wheel bearings. New Headlights and front indicators.Flew through its MOT on the 26th with only one advisory which was a small dent in one of the alloy rims.Lots of paperwork and all the original books with it, even has the original dealer number plates and original keys.All in all a Great Little Classic Renault and totally unique.Viewing Highly Recommended and any Questions will be answered as soon as I can.I don't need to sell it but have other projects to get on with. I'd rather someone get some use out of it rather than it just sit here. The 'Buy it Now' figure is a Ballpark number. At the end of the day the cars worth as much as someone's prepared to pay.
