The car is a beautiful driver and an instant conversation starter. The engine was removed with valves triply honed with compressions of 150 psi in all cylinders. The overhead cam chains were replaced as well as the water pump. The points were replaced by a Pertronix system with the preheat intake manifold eliminated. The original radiator which was a source of hot running engines was swapped for an aluminum. high capacity racing radiator with an electric cooling fan. The brake boosters are brand new with one fitted in the engine compartment and the second in the nose. The brake rotors are all new with the calipers redone with all new lines. The suspension was upgraded with new donuts. The tank was stripped and coated with epoxy. The interior is beautiful with a burled walnut dash and functional guages. The wheels are 13" alloys which were and option for the orginal car. The service and parts manuals are original with all parts records available. All of the original parts are available if you so choose to have them. The paint is good. but the body fair with some waves from fiberglass repairs. The interior is great with a new headliner and intact seats. The rear bumper is a replacement and painted. not chromed. Only Lotus driving enthusiasts should apply. not just those interested in a show car for several hundred dollars.
