Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Please call ahead of time for inspections. some vehicles may be in storage and will need to be brought to the dealership for the inspection. We will agree to have any company inspect our vehicles. but we do request a copy of the inspection. Please be sure to let the inspector know this. If they do not agree to release a copy of the inspection. we will not allow the inspection. 12. This vehicle is being sold 'AS-IS'. No representations or warranties are made by seller. nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. AS-IS means that if there is any problem with the vehicle purchased after the purchaser has taken possession of the vehicle. the purchaser is responsible for the repairing of the vehicle. The warranty provided by Thiel Motor Sales Inc is a Power train Warranty. A Power train Warranty covers the internal parts of the Engine. Transmission. Differential. and transfer case if the vehicle has four wheel drive. This warranty does not cover wear items including the clutch on vehicles equipped with manual transmissions. 13. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state. county. city taxes and fees. as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. If you are a resident of Iowa we will collect five percent sales tax plus all fees associated with purchasing a vehicle. Thiel Motor Sales Inc. can assist with shipping your vehicle to all 50 states and many foreign countries. The cost of shipping varies by location. the vehicle. and the time of year. We arrange the shipping at no charge in most cases. Please understand that we have no control over when your vehicle is picked up or dropped off. It can take a few days to over a few months for overseas pick ups. We will arrange shipping for your vehicle with a licensed and insured carrier. You can arrange for a third party to ship the vehicle. but we will not arrange for the vehicle to be shipped. and we will not be responsible for how long shipping will take.
