This 1976 Ferrari 308GTB is an extremely rare and highly sought-after fiberglass example. Red with tan leather interior. It's one of only 712 Vetroresina 308 GTBs produced. This car is in excellent original condition with 76k miles and is mechanically superb. A wet-sump example that comes accompanied by its tool roll, jack, and owners manual. BBS wheels. Rebuilt engine with high compression pistons and performance cams. Ideal for a hardcore enthuiest who wants increased performance for tours, rallies, and events. Introduced in 1975, the glamorous 308 GTB, designed by Pininfarina and built by Scaglietti, was the first Ferrari road car with a fiberglass (vetroresina) body. Only 712 such models were built, tipping the scales at a relatively light 2,315 lbs. compared to later versions of the car built with steel panels that added some 330 lbs.
