Alfa alfetta GTV 1982 2.0l 

BODY:
Body work was in pretty good shape when i purchased in October 2014 the usual bad areas which were all rectified during the resto.
Shotblasted engine bay doors bonnet sill edges tailgate surrounds etc.. All treated with etch primer prior to metal work.The rest of the body was bare metal stripped.
Painted in 2K primer and then in 2K Rosso red.
The under side of the body was stripped and cleaned and re applied with a black stone guard.

SUSPENSION:
All the suspension was stripped inspected shot blasted and painted in either 2K black or grey and re assembled using new bushes ball joints as necessary.Removal of front torsion bars for the fitment of Nitron coil overs.A bespoke front blade type adjustable anti roll bar was fabricated and fitted.
The rear suspension was stripped inspected shot blasted and painted the same as the front,where Nitron coil overs were also fitted along with poly bushes to the de-dion axel mounts.Adjustable rear anti roll bar.

BRAKES

New master cylinder,stripped and inspected shot blasted and 2K painted pedal box assembly.

AP racing front callipers with modified VW Golf vented discs Padgid rs 14 pads.

Braided hoses,new kunifer brake pipes throughout.

Rear calipers rebuilt,with braided hoses and Tarox pads.

COOLING

Bespoke alloy radiator and cooling system with silicone or hard alloy pipe throughout,alloy header tank.

New water pump.

New heater matrix.

ENGINE

Fully rebuilt with new liners timing chains gaskets and seals Kent Cams Fast road.

Bespoke inlet manifold for turbo application,modified Audi S3 intercooler to fit in front of radiator.

Bespoke exhaust manifold for turbo using a GT 28/71 type turbocharger.

This is fitted to a full bespoke stainless exhaust system.

Full engine management with siemens 600cc injectors bespoke engine wiring harness and Emerald K6 ecu.

The car has been rolling road mapped to 210BHP with dyno sheets.

TRANSAXEL

Alfa 75 Milano Has been fitted with a plated LSD

The gear box assembly has been stripped inspected rebuilt as necessary using new baulk rings gaskets seals etc.. as required.

The Transaxel has been painted in 2K grey.

FUEL SYSTEM

New fuel tank painted in stone chip protection feeding into alloy swirl pot via a Facet Red top fuel pump to a high pressure Bosch

pump then on to a billet 3 Bar fuel regulator to a billet fuel rail. All hoses are black braided kevlar.

INTERIOR

As the velvet trim was in really good shape interior was removed cleaned inspected and re installed along with a new black headlining.

The main work was done over 18 months and was completed in April 2016
