We are selling our much loved 2012 Lincoln MKZ.  
We are downsizing to a more affordable option to contribute to our goal of paying off our debt. Our loss is your gain! 
It is in very good/excellent condition and is up to date with all servicing. Some of the original Powertrain  Factory Warranty is still applicable. It is a beautiful car that gives a very good ride and has very low miles at around 49. 50. Smoke free passengers and owners. Black leather seats with brown trim (Sorry some of the pics make the color look washed out. It really isn't. ) 6 CD Disk Changer and Heated and COOLED FRONT SEATS. ICE COLD AC! We will definitely miss the back up sensor warning beeps. They are very helpful. The back seat folds down to allow more trunk room. Or if someone needs to sit in the back. half of the seat folds down. If you want to stand out from the other cars on the road. this is the car to have! :0) 
The title is CLEAN.
We are asking for a $125. non-refundable down payment if you win the auction. This covers the listing fees for a completed auction. Once the transaction is complete. the $125 will go towards the total amount paid for the car. Thank you for understanding :-).
Owner is responsible for pickup. But please ask if that would be an issue and we can discuss bringing it or meeting somewhere for a small fee.
