Chevelle people know that 1972 was the end of an era. This was the last time we'd get such an aggressive design and the cool pillarless hardtop coupe. And not only does this one celebrate that legacy correctly. but it also has a top-dog LS5 454 V8 to make it truly memorable. Add in all the right upgrades. including modern shimmering paint and a five-speed stick. and you've got the best of everything in one coupe.


You can instantly tell there was a lot of time. care. and money invested in keeping this unique classic in show-worthy condition. The Pewter Silver is the factory-correct color. but it has been given a modern professional respray to give it the kind of clearcoat shine the factory never could. The result is a coupe that truly looks like precious metal in the sunshine. And this one is car worthy of distinction. You can see its premium presence in everything from the mirror-like chrome bumpers to the black vinyl roof. But more than just a first-class appearance. the coupe also carries all the aggressive touches that make this generation a muscle car icon. The dual stripes. cowl induction hood. blacked-out grille. hood pins. and proper SS badging on every side it's a true mean machine. It even has nicely coordinating torque thrust alloys that are a hint to the other upgrades throughout the car.

The dual-spoke steering wheel gives you a commanding view of the whole dash. including upgrades like the AM/FM/cassette stereo and large AutoMeter tach. And when you see the auxiliary readouts on the A-pillar and count the extra gear on the Hurst shifter. you realize there is something quite special under the hood.

We all love to the sight of Chevy's famous big block 454 V8. especially when it's dressed correctly in Chevy orange with bright valve covers and air grabber. and this one even has the proper diaphragm for the true cowl induction hood! Edelbrock intake. aluminum radiator w/electric fans. and long tube headers make sure this big V8 is giving you the best performance.
