TRIUMPH TR6 1971 150BHP Fuel Injection

The car is in excellent condition having been subject  to a body off restoration approx 7 years ago

I have no documented details of the restoration but the amount of work carried out is clear to see and still in excellent order with a new and strengthened galvanised chassis and solid rust free bodywork . The underbody and external arches are in body colour white allowing easy inspection of the body condition

Internal floors and doors etc are clean white with no rust. Boot compartment is also excellent with new wheel cover and carpet

Engine bay is clean. not detailed to show standards but could easily be done. New starter motor. alternator. servo and clutch mater cylinder have been fitted

I have MOT's going back to 2006 when I believe the restoration was completed showing the car has covered only 3000 miles since

I was told that the engine has been reconditioned but I have no evidence other than it runs well with good oil pressure. Racetorations uprated thrust washers have been fitted since. New engine and gearbox mountings

It also has Magnecor leads and K&N air filter

A new Bosch fuel pump is mounted externally on the chassis to prevent overheating and reduce noise. Uprated Prestige pressure relief valve and throttle linkage are also fitted

It has an original pattern stainless steel exhaust

Overdrive works in 2nd. 3rd and 4th

The suspension has been rebuilt and all bushes are poly type

At the rear it has a coil over telescopic shock conversion with Spax shocks. The front suspension has been rebuilt with new ball joints and shocks

Chrome is good including chrome wire wheels in excellent condition with new Good Year tyres (<500 miles)

The black mohair hood is in good condition with clear windows. There is also a vinyl hood cover and full tonneau again in good condition

Inside there is a Motalita wood rimmed steering wheel and the seats have been replaced with new black leather MX5 ones upholstered in traditional style and sitting on low TR Trader brackets to give increased leg room. I have the original seats if required.

A good quality stereo is fitted  The centre console has speakers in the side panels with additional speakers in the rear boot panel and discretely fitted at the bottom of the windscreen frame making the stereo audible even at high speeds ( just in case you get bored of listening to the 6 cylinder injection engine )

A new stainless steel Amco style boot rack is fitted

This is a very solid. reliable  and good looking car which has had a lot of money spent on it. It has covered 3000 miles since the body off restoration 6-7 years ago  so there is the odd blemish but it is still in excellent condition
