Once you bid you are entering a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described. There are no bid retractions accepted within the final 24 hours of the auction.

We will not accept shill-bidding. bidders with excessive negative feedbacks. or unqualified bidders.

Garnett Motorcars reserves the right to cancel our auctions early for any reason at any time.

We accept money orders. cashiers checks. or wire transfers as forms of payment. We reserve the right to hold the title until cashiers checks clear our bank (5 to 7 days). We do not exchange a check for a title.

Texas residents must add all applicable sales tax and licensing fees to the final auction price. All out of state buyers see below.

The buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements and costs. Occasionally we can help arrange shipping.

All vehicles are sold "As Is". You have the option to purchase an extended warranty. Most of our vehicles qualify for an aftermarket warranty.

We do not accept escrow services. The vehicle must be paid in full before leaving our business. Buyer will be provided a temporary license plate that gives the buyer 21 days to register the vehicle. We reserve the right of the full 21 days to provide you with a title. We do not send titles to the buyer until paperwork is signed and in our possession.
