Overall the 64 SS is in nice shape. most impressively the body and panels are very straight and very solid and have obviously been well taken care of and always stored within a climate controlled facility. The undercarriage and chassis is equally as solid. At close inspection of the trunk it shows very well and is solid all the way. The Impala was frame up restored over 16 years ago and has been driven to car shows and used as a family Sunday cruiser since and still shows well. The paint shines up nicely and is not #1 show quality of course but great for any car show with few blemishes here and there from over the years if you inspect closely. The dash and gauges are all original and are all intact and in good original condition. The interior shows well. was redone with the restoration. and has no tears or rips with minor wear. The engine runs strong and was recently taken on a 250 mile road trip with out any issues. The original power-glide transmission is strong and shifts as it should with good high end highway gears.
